The Brave New World of Super Intelligent Computers

The Public Meeting, hosted by the Western Michigan Patriots, will be held from
6:00-8:30 p.m. at the Howard Miller Community Center, 14 South Church Street,
Zeeland, MI  49464

1st floor Main Conference room

The doors will be open at 5:30 p.m.  The meeting is free and open to the public.
This meeting will be videotaped.

TOPICS INCLUDE:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) defined and explained
  • Benefits of AI for health, research, education, work and leisure activities
  • The benefits and dangers AI may present for local, state and national security
  • Potential unintended consequences in the development and use of AI?
  • Ethical and control issues using AI in politics, media, communications and ads
FEATURED SPEAKERS:
  • Mr. Justin Barclay–Justin is one of the most listened to and influential voices in the conservative movement today. He has filled in for Glen Beck on the radio and is a highly-respected speaker. He stands up to defend faith, family & freedom on his daily radio shows both in West Michigan and the Detroit areas.
  • Mr. Trent Knibbe–Trent owns the affordable i-store  specializing in buying, selling and repairing computers and cell phones & Grand River Tech Services, a local IT company which provides service and equipment for businesses, schools, and non-profits. He is also a technology consultant to colleges and radio shows including the Justin Barclay show. He has extensive knowledge about technology, emerging trends and the political implications of technology.
  • Mr. Mike Hewitt–Mike is a business owner, novelist, ghost writer, speaker, political consul­tant and former gun shop owner. He’s formerly a syndicated conservative radio talk show host and currently hosts a radio program called Cultural Snapshots. Mike has a lifetime history of political involvement and is well respected in the political arena.
  • Mr. Brady Middleton–Mr. Middleton is the founder of METAS, a leading manufacturing and technology company. He has a BS in Political Science from Grand Valley State University with a focus on quantitative and statistical research methods and analysis. He’s a leading advocate for criminal justice reform and has been active in Republican Politics. His interests include politics, global economics, advanced manufacturing, automation, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency. His expertise drives innovation and solutions to complex challenges.
